Katy Perry a lansat un nou videoclip oficial pentru melodia "Rise" joi, 4 august 2016, pe YouTube. Piesa "Rise" a fost compusă special pentru Jocurile Olimpice de vară din 2016 de către Katy Perry, Savan Kotecha, Ali Payami şi producătorul muzical Max Martin, eveniment ce va avea loc la Rio de Janeiro, Brazilia, în perioada 5–21 august 2016. Noul single este produs de Capitol Records, videoclipul hitului fiind regizat de către Paul Gore şi produs de Matthew Ayriss împreună cu Danny Lockwood.
Acesta este al doilea clip lansat de Katy Perry pentru cântecul "Rise" după cel realizat de televiziunea americană NBC, care promovează ediţia din acest an a Jocurilor Olimpice.
